Sales Coordinator / Marketing & Administration Assistant / Manager Assistant

Job Descriptions

1. Conduct Marketing activities, e.g. Company Brochures, Posters, Website Updates and Exhibitions preparation;

2. Assist sales in quoting and placing orders;

3. Communicate with Principals and the Management Team on a regular basis;

4. Entry and maintenance of information and data in various sales systems within the company;

5. Archive management of related sales agreements, contracts, etc.

Job Requirements

1.College degree or above, 1-2 years related work experience, excellent fresh graduates are also available;

2.Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit;

3. Good communication skills in oral and written English is preferred;

4. Proficient in Chinese and English word processing, and proficient in office software, especially EXCEL;

5. methodical work, strong sense of work responsibility, excellent language skills and willing to learn.

Job Descriptions

1. Complete customer visit and product sales Independently;

2. Responsible for customer development, establish stable customer relationships, and maintain existing customer resources;

3. Write customer survey reports and customer solutions;

4. Analyze the consumer psychology of customers, and formulate effective sales strategies;

5. Complete sales goals;

6. Conduct business negotiations and participate in the formulation and contract signing of specific terms of the sales contract.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, major in marketing, mechanical, environment, chemical or other related majors is preferred;

2. At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the industrial industry, priority in the machinery industry or fluid addition industry;

3. Able to adapt to the China market, have experience in operating large projects and bidding;

4. Strong initiatives,Hard work, love sales industry,ability to self-motivated and excellent customer relationship skills;

5. Due to business development needs, adapt to new markets arranged by the company.

Other Requirements

Travel will be required.  Customer visits will consist of both customer office and site visits.
